Anja K-Metzner, Independent Midwife, co-founder of the Midsussex Homebirth Group and NCT Homebirth Coordinator for Uckfield offers this informative talk to women and couples to find out more about homebirth, waterbirth and how to have a positive birth experience.

Anja will offer information and tips on the research supporting home and waterbirths, the advantages and disadvantages, safety, practicalities and siblings at births. She gives invaluable information on preparing for birth, keeping birth normal, natural alternatives to Induction and is happy to answer any questions.
